Dale Crow was Charged with attempted murder!

A woman is facing charges of attempted murder in connection with her husband’s shooting Tuesday.

Authorities with the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called to a home on Tansi Trail about 6:45 p.m. and found a 53-year-old man sitting in the yard with a gunshot wound to the shoulder.

The victim is expected to make a full recovery.

Investigators said the victim’s wife, Dale Crow, 50, told them she heard someone inside her home and was not expecting her husband to arrive. They said the wife fired a shot when the door was opened.

Officials said inconsistencies in the Crow’s story led to her arrest. She was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center on Friday on a $50,000 bond.
